We conduct repairs for incurred costs, i.e. we determine the extent of the turbocharger damage after we disassemble it, calculate the price for repair which we have approved by you, and only then conduct the repair.
We split repairs into three basic groups – based on the spare parts used:
Basic repair using a servis kit
Slight oil leakage – higher smoke emission, higher clearance
Turning gear divergence – washing in an ultrasound bath, sand-blasting
Middle repair using servis kit, shaft and wheel, compresor wheel
Increased leakage of oil - hige smoke, big clearance, contact rotating parts with housing of turbocharger
Overhaul – using a new bearing center
Destruction of rotor or turbocharger wheel
We either complete repairs immediately or no later than within three business days.
